Delivery (UK Mainland)



The delivery charge is normally between £19.95 and £44.95 for large pallet deliveries to the UK Mainland (excl highlands) there is only ONE delivery charge PER ORDER no matter how many items you add to your basket. For smaller orders the charge is from only £6.95. Pallet deliveries will normally be booked in for a day of your choice

We normally have three choices of delivery, Next Day / 1 to 2 working days, Express which is 2 - 4 working days, or Standard Delivery 4 - 7 working days. Orders for next working day / 1 - 2 working days must be placed before 13.00, all other orders must be placed by noon for same-day dispatch. Delivery time is taken after the day of dispatch, orders received on a working day before noon will be dispatched that day, orders after noon will be sent the next working day. Delivery will then be the service chosen excluding the day the items are dispatched, for example, should you order on Monday before noon, express delivery would be Weds - Fri, the actual day is normally booked in by the courier with the customer direct.

All delivery dates given are only and always provisional. Goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control, and we accept no liability whatsoever in respect to late deliveries. Delivery may be in one or more installments. You are advised not to arrange installation of the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage.

Made to order Cast Iron Radiators - Unpainted Minimum 4 weeks. Painted is a Minimum of 5 weeks. Please note that any items that are a special order, once the order has been placed and the items have been made/delivered they are cannot be canceled they are non-returnable / non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

If you have ordered a bath or a bathroom suite our transport company will call you to arrange delivery. We strongly advise that you do not book your installers or engage in any preparatory work until full receipt of your goods. If any item is out of stock, an Aquabliss sales adviser will email or telephone you to advise you of the expected delivery date.

The delivery drivers are not insured to take their vehicles on roads other than public highways. If you live in a location not accessible by a HGV or your home is not on a public road, e.g. if you live at the end of a farm track, then the driver will deliver the goods to the end of the public road only. You accept this when placing your order and if you refuse the delivery because of the driver cannot drop at your door then you will be charged the any additional delivery costs, restocking and collection fees. (This will apply to large, bulky item orders arriving on pallets like bathroom suites or shower enclosures. Smaller parcels can be usually delivered on foot by the driver.)

In certain circumstances where large bulky items are being ordered for delivery to very remote locations (such as Scottish Highlands) there may be an additional carriage charge. If your order falls into this category then you will be notified of the extra cost and given the option of accepting the extra charge or canceling your order.

Depending on the size of the items the driver may break down the pallet and move the individual items to a single location of your choice outside the property. The drivers may be prepared to assist with moving the items into the property but this is entirely at their discretion, they are not obliged to do this. The delivery will be made by a single driver, so if the items you have ordered are heavy please ensure that an able-bodied person is available to assist the driver with the carrying. For Health and Safety reasons the driver cannot carry heavy items on his own. Should you need a two man delivery service please contact us prior to purchase for a price.

Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers under English law, We accept no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from its inability to do so resulting from acts of god, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, legislation or other factors outside it's control, or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so for reasons of suspicion of credit card fraud or similar, provided that it takes all reasonable steps to notify you within fourteen (14) days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases aquabliss will not process any payment or will immediately refund any payment made, in full.

Checking Goods For Damage and Notifying

For small item deliveries (taps & radiators) that arrive with carriers you agree to open all boxes and thoroughly check the goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 5 days of the delivery. If we are not notified of damage within 5 days we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 5 days.

For bulky deliveries (Sanitaryware, Baths, Trays & Enclosures) that generally arrive on pallets you agree to check the goods for damage before signing the drivers delivery note. If you sign for the goods, even if you write the words "Unchecked" or similar on the delivery note, then you are accepting that the goods arrived in good condition and later claims for damages or missing items will not be considered. If the driver refuses to wait while you check the goods then you must refuse to accept the delivery and email info@aquabliss.co.uk with the details as soon as possible. If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check. We allow a reasonable time (which we would define as 48hrs) for further inspection for smaller marks, chips that may have been missed on the initial inspection. Delivery is to the kerbside only, the driver may help unload items but is not obliged to do so.

Damaged / Missing Goods

If an item on a delivery is damaged, make a note of the damaged item on the delivery paperwork and email info@aquabliss.co.uk with the details. Do not refuse the delivery unless every item is damaged. If you refuse a delivery with any undamaged items on it you will be charged for the return and the re-delivery of those items.

Delivery (Eire & NI)

The delivery charge for Irish (EIRE & NI) customers is capped and there is only ONE delivery charge PER ORDER no matter how many items you add to your basket. Deliveries will be booked in for a day of your choice.

The goods will be shipped using an international shipping company if you have ordered a bath or a bathroom suite our transport company will call you to arrange delivery. Aquabliss strongly advises that you do not book your installers or engage in any preparatory work until full receipt of your goods. If any item is out of stock, an aquabliss sales adviser will email or telephone you to advise you of the expected delivery date.

The delivery time is slightly longer than mainland UK deliveries so please allow 7-10 days, if for any reason expected delivery will exceed this period from the date of receipt of order the customer will be informed and given the opportunity to cancel the order.
